All bikes purchased through City Grounds MUST be assembled by a certified bike shop mechanic. If the bike is NOT built by a certified bike shop mechanic, any warranty will be VOID. We will request for an assembly receipt as proof of professional installation.
For all warranty claims, please contact our Warranty Team at warranty@citygrounds.com. So that we can help you in a timely manner, make sure to include the following:
- 1. Order Number (we will confirm date of purchase and determine if the item is still under the manufacturer’s warranty time limit)
- 2. Brief description of the claim
- 3. Photographs
- 4. If the item is a bike or frame, include the serial number
We evaluate all warranties case-by-case to determine the best course of action and get you serviced to the best of our ability!
Warranty does not apply to the following:
- • Any part of a product that has been installed, altered, repaired, or misused
- • Damage from unintended style of riding, abuse, neglect, accident, and racing
- • Normal wear and tear of any product (including but not limited to - saddles, grips, tires, tubes, cables, brake pads, chains)
- • Failure to provide regular maintenance of any product
Labor and shipping are the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover parts purchased and labor performed by another bike shop.

The brakes are weak, but otherwise a solid bike.

The bike is really cool except for I’m missing a major part. One of the nuts that hold the front tire on. I understand there’s packing material. The nut is not in the packing material. The nut is missing other than that. The bike is really cool and my son is excited to be able to ride it someday.
Great Bike!
My son loves the bike and has enjoyed every minute of riding it around. Only disappointment for me was the photos show front pegs, and you have to search through the details in the product description to see that the photos are misleading and the bike only comes with rear pegs. Otherwise, great bike!

The bikes parts came in pieces flopping around in the box. As this was a Christmas gift, I didn’t want to open the box until Christmas morning so I couldn’t tell if everything was there or if something was missing customer service eventually sent the parts that were missing but it was not a good experience. The bike itself is nice, but the fact that I didn’t know what this child would find on Christmas morning when he opened the box was a nightmare.

Ordered three of these bikes in 3 different colors as Christmas gifts for my 3 boys. Awesome quality and color! First ride on the bike compliments from a neighbor about how cool the bike looks. Only complaint is one bike during shipment lost the screws and nuts to the chain guard.(Found some in the tool box that was able to repurpose for the chain guard) Maybe package them in small ziplock attached or in the chain guard bag. Or give extra nuts and screws for incidentals. Pretty easy to assemble and all three boys are stoked!!
